FRENCH PEEL - Bread shuffle
I used this bread shovel or "peel" from August 2006 to October 2911 at the La Valse des Pains bakery in Sutton, Quebec. It has seen thousands of breads, croissants, baguettes, brioches and pizzas. My friend. owner Pascal Picarda, shown above, let me have it as a gift because it has outlived its usefulness but most of those shovels last from three to seven years.
